A quick and delicious salad !!
- 4-5 yellow potatoes
- 2-3 carrots
- 4-5 cucumbers
- 2-3 walled donuts
- 2-3 cans of tuna in olive oil
Preparation time: less than 90 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Tuna salad:
Wash the potatoes and carrots and boil them. When they are cooked, let them cool and peel them.
On a chopping board, cut the potatoes and carrots into small squares and place them in a bowl.
The donuts and cucumbers are washed a little with the vinegar they were in and cut into cubes.
We add the drained tuna oil, but we don't break it, we leave it in pieces.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
We make mayonnaise from the yolks of a boiled egg and a raw one and oil, when we have made enough mayonnaise we add over the salad and mix well to incorporate all the ingredients.
We decorate as we please.
If we want our salad to be a little more sour, we add lemon juice.
