Recipe for stevia soup with egg

Ingredients for stevia soup: vegetables in the amount you want (onions, carrots, parsnips, bell peppers, celery, potatoes, stevia), olive oil, tomatoes, 1 liter of borscht, larch, two eggs, two tablespoons of flour or cornstarch.

Stevia soup recipe: Chop the vegetables (onions, carrots, parsnips, bell peppers, celery) and boil them in salted water. We test with a spoon if all the vegetables have boiled and we add the chopped potatoes. Then add the tomatoes and olive oil (for more taste you can fry the fresh tomatoes crushed in 30ml olive oil because they will become sweeter before putting them in the soup). We boil the stevia in boiled water with a little salt. Finely chop the stevia, add it over the cooked vegetables and fill with water if necessary. Let it boil for a few minutes, then add the borscht (preheated to near boiling). (If you don't like borscht, you can add lemon juice after you turn off the heat.) Towards the end, beat two eggs with two tablespoons of flour and a little salt. We put the egg composition with the flour in a bag in which we make a small hole and let it flow in the soup that boils in the boil because this way we will form egg lumps. Or we can make a thin omelet that we cut into slices to add to our stevia soup. Then turn off the heat and add chopped larch.

Why eat stevia: benefits and properties

Although it may seem trivial, stevia still "hides" in its simplicity wonderful health benefits. This is also the reason why today I want to talk more about this topic. What properties and what benefits does wonderful stevia have, but also about some simple and handy culinary ideas, you will be able to read in today's material.

About stevia: properties
  • antiglycemic
  • antihypertensive
  • antibacterials
  • antiseptic
  • Antioxidants
  • expectorant
  • depurative
  • laxatives
  • Cementing
About stevia: what it contains

Stevia contains a whole list of nutrients so necessary for our body. These include the following substances:

  • vitamins A, C, K.
  • minerals: phosphorus, zinc, magnesium, iron, potassium, calcium, selenium
  • antioxidants such as kampferol
  • TANNINS
  • complex volatile oil
About stevia: benefits

As promised, here are some of the benefits that stevia brings to the body and health:

Detoxifies the body, protects the colon and fights obesity

The pigments in the composition of stevia have a very important role in regulating body weight, helping the body to eliminate extra pounds.

Eliminates excess fluid from adipose tissue

Studies have shown that stevia acts as a natural diuretic, helping the body eliminate excess fluids.

It facilitates the digestion process

Stevia stimulates gastrointestinal transit, helps eliminate bile, promotes digestion and helps eliminate food waste.

Help to reduce cough

The expectorant and antibacterial properties make stevia a reliable help to reduce the frequency and intensity of cough attacks.

Fights anemia and restores the body during convalescence

Due to its iron content but also to other vitamins and minerals, stevia successfully fights anemia, remineralizes the body and helps it recover during convalescence. Stevia is an excellent remedy to get rid of spring asthenia. And not only an effective remedy, but also tasty.

Decreases blood sugar levels

Stevia contains sweet substances called glycosides, which are not metabolized by the body. They are eliminated without any calories being absorbed. In addition, stevia reduces appetite and sweets and is recommended for people with type I and II diabetes.

Reduces blood pressure

In this sense, stevia is consumed in its natural state, unheated, added for example in salads. It can also be consumed as an infusion, 2-3 cups a day.

Decreases physical and mental fatigue and gives vitality

Due to the vitamins and minerals it contains, stevia helps reduce both physical and mental fatigue. Thus, a vegetable salad that also contains fresh stevia, is a sure way to feel energetic and full of life again.

Stevia - contraindications

It is not recommended for breastfeeding mothers, because the substances in stevia reach the breast milk and can cause diarrhea in the baby. It is also not a recommended food for people with a sensitive stomach.

How to eat stevia

Of course, it is best to eat stevia as such, unheated, added to various salads. You can also make stevia infusion or you can add fresh leaves in various dishes. They will certainly not only be healthier, but also tastier. Here are some ideas:

Stevie with rice

It is a food not only healthy, but also very tasty. And very importantly, it is quick and easy to prepare.

Vegetable soup with stevia and loboda

Of course, if you want you can add stevia to soups that contain meat. But I really like a spring soup, with lots of vegetables, stevia and loboda.

Other dishes that go great with stevia:

pies, omelettes, sarmale (as sarmale sheets), added in various stews (whether you make stew that contains meat or fasting stew, only with vegetables), etc.

And because since I've been writing this article and talking about food, I'm hungry for wolves, so I'm going to end it now and go look for some stevia in the garden. Maybe I can pick at least one salad. Before concluding, however, another tip: do not cook stevia in aluminum or cast iron pots because it will get an unpleasant metallic taste.

Stevia soup - Recipes

This spring I decided to abuse greens: stevia, spinach, nettles. Even if they are not very popular with everyone, these plants are an indisputable source of health.
Stevia soup is prepared very easily and in a short time: 30-35 minutes.

  • 20 stevia leaves
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tablespoon vegeta
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 green link
  • 50 ml sour cream

In the pot in which the soup will be boiled, fry in oil and a little water the finely chopped onion together with the grated carrot on the large grater.

After 3-4 minutes, add the stevia leaves after they have been scalded and chopped. Let it boil for 10-15 minutes, add the vegeta and tomato paste, cook for another 5 minutes, add the finely chopped greens and turn off the heat. Serve hot with sour cream.

STEVIE SOUP WITH RICE

Simple, good, quick to prepare, this stevia soup is tasty and is perfect during Lent, but also when we do not want to eat meat.

INGREDIENT:

7-8 bundles of fresh stevia
2 tablespoons oil
1 large onion
3 medium carrots
1 ardei kapia
1 slice of celery (about the thickness of a finger)
3 tablespoons broth
1 liter borscht to be sour!
40 g of rice
1 l hot water + scalding water

Boil the stevia leaves in hot salted water then chop them coarsely (not to be chopped like when preparing stevia puree).

We wash the vegetables and chop them finely or grate them, then harden them. Quench with 500 ml of water and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Put stevia, pre-cooked borscht, boiled rice and fill with boiled water depending on how consistent we want our soup to be.

Season with salt and pepper and let it boil for another 5-10 minutes, then we can take it off the heat and serve.
