First we prepare the rice pudding in a multicooker.
Put the rice in the multicooker bowl, add 2 tablespoons of sugar, a little salt and milk, close the lid and connect the appliance to the power supply.
Select the Rice program for 40 minutes.
After the time expires, transfer the rice to another bowl and add 30 gr butter.
Stir gently until the butter melts, then let the bowl cool.
After cooling, mix the rice with the yolks, the two sachets of vanilla sugar and essence and mix gently.
Beat the egg whites with a little salt and gradually add the rest of the sugar, then incorporate them into the rice composition.
At the end we add the coconut and some of the cherries from the jam, drained.
Grease the multicooker bowl with the rest of the butter and add the pudding to it.
Insert the vessel into the appliance, connect the appliance to the power supply and select the BAKE program for 40 minutes at 150 degrees.
5 minutes before the time expires, we turn the pudding on a plate, then we put the multicooker bowl over it and we turn it back in the multicooker to brown it on the other side as well. Put the bowl back in the appliance and leave it until the end of time, then disconnect the appliance from the power supply and leave the pudding for 5 minutes in the bowl, then turn it over on the plate and decorate it with the rest of the cherries in the jam.
