I cleaned the turkey wings very well. I seasoned them with salt, pepper and a little hot paprika. In a bowl I hardened the finely chopped onion, I added pepper paste, tomato paste, crushed garlic, spices and white wine. I poured the sauce into an enameled tray and I put the turkey wings in the sauce. I put a spoonful of sauce over the wings. I put them in the oven over a moderate heat for an hour, turning the meat from time to time from side to side. I added a little water. I increased the temperature and let it brown nicely for another half an hour.
Serve with rice garnish, potatoes, couscous or vegetables.
We served it with mashed potatoes.
