Cumin breadsticks with carrot cream and cheese sauce

Grisine:

Dissolve the yeast with the sugar. Sift the flour and knead a dough with all the ingredients (it must be kneaded for about 10 minutes, until it becomes an elastic dough). Leave to heat for about an hour.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Prepare some trays with paper or waxed paper. Roll out the dough and cut into strips about 2 cm wide and 0.5 cm high. The length is left to everyone's taste, although it looks good to be long. Bake for 15 minutes, in several rounds. About 9 trays come out of these ingredients.

Carrot cream:

Boil the carrots in a little water or better yet, bake in the oven until soft. Crush the blender together with the other ingredients

Cheese sauce:

Mix all the ingredients in a blender until a soft and homogeneous sauce results.
