I made the dough in the bread machine. It lasted 1:30 p.m.
Meanwhile, I prepared the composition: Cook the chopped onion, add the minced meat, carrot and spices. Allow to cool well, then add the donuts, chopped parsley and beaten egg. Mix well. Spread the dough with a spatula, the size of a Teflon tart pan and place in the pan. In the middle we cut with a knife, forming eight triangles, place the filling on the edge of the dough, then pull each triangle over the filling on the edges. Grease with egg yolk mixed with oil, sprinkle flax seeds on top and bake for about 30 minutes at 175 degrees on the bottom grill.
One regret I have ... it was not enough how good it was! Next time I double the quantities.
