We clean the potatoes, wash them and put them through the small grater.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt on top and leave for 5 minutes (in a strainer).
We put the carrot through the small grater.
In a larger bowl add the minced meat, grated carrot, well drained potatoes, eggs, well washed and dried spinach, crushed garlic, semolina and spices to taste.
Mix well until smooth, cover with cling film and let cool for 30 minutes.
With wet hands, form the meatballs, place on a plate.
When the oil has warmed up well, fry the meatballs on both sides until golden brown.
We take them out on an absorbent napkin.
We serve them with your favorite garnish.
