Pike brine

Being raised on the bank of the Danube, fish can not be missing from my menu .. especially the Danube :)

  • 7 pike
  • 2-3 heads of garlic
  • bay leaf
  • thyme
  • salt
  • pepper
  • pepper
  • a little oil
  • 200-300 ml of water

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Pike brine:

Prepare the fish. Cut, clean the entrails, wash.

The pike being small, I prepared them whole.

Add salt and fry on both sides.

In a pot boil water with pepper, bay leaf, thyme.

We place the fish in a tray. On top we put the sliced ​​garlic and the hot pepper.

Add to the fish and hot water, then cover and bring to the boil once.

Leave the tray covered for 2/3 minutes.

Serve hot brine with polenta :)
