Burnt sugar cream with apples

In a pot put 3 tablespoons of caramelized sugar on the fire. I used a small 1.2 liter pot. After the sugar has melted, turn the pot to line the walls with the caramel obtained.

The apple is washed and cleaned of seeds, then cut into thin slices. After the caramel has hardened, place the apple slices on the bottom of the bowl (as for the fruit tart)

In a bowl we start to prepare the composition: break the eggs and beat lightly (not foam) with the 3 tablespoons of sugar, then add the essence of rum and milk.

Pour the composition slowly into the pot, so as not to disturb the apple slices that will rise to the surface.

In the preheated oven we put a tray and fill it with water then the pot with composition we leave it in the tray. Bake for about 50 minutes.

At the end, when the cream has browned, by the toothpick method, we try if it is ready. Serve cold.
