Spring salad with tuna

Light, fast, tasty. Although this time I didn't have all the ingredients in the house, I will tell you one of my favorite salads, as I do in the complete version.

In the salad in the photo I put a can of tuna, a can of corn, a small cucumber, a red pepper, a hot pepper, leeks, olives, thyme, salt, pepper and lemon.

There are no quantities for ingredients, they are made from ‘oky’, and according to taste! So, we need:

  • green salad, fresh
  • green onion / leek / red onion
  • radish
  • cucumber
  • maize
  • olive
  • fresh hot peppers
  • 1-2 cans of tuna (in its own juice, to be lighter)
  • lemon juice (I also put the pulp)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • thyme

Servings: 4

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Spring salad with tuna:

Finely chop all the vegetables (I put them on the Borner grater), just cut the leeks / green onions into thin slices. The salad also breaks very finely by hand so as not to oxidize. Mix all the above wonders, add lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, and pop with much appetite, until there is nothing left!

Serve with toast or croutons!
