can (11 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated French bread
lemon, juiced and zested
English cucumber, sliced
heirloom tomatoes, slices
strips thick-cut bacon, cooked until crispy
Bake bread according to package directions. Allow to cool slightly before slicing in half lengthwise.
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Set aside.
Cover a microwave safe plate with parchment paper. Place your cheese and pesto on top of the parchment. Microwave until melty.
Working quickly, use a knife to spread the melted cheese and pesto mixture on one side of your french bread..
Spread mayonnaise on the other side of your french bread.
Top with tomatoes, cucumbers, and bacon. Serve imediately and enjoy.
