Summer muffin dessert with strawberries and kiwi


For muffins: beat with a mixer, egg whites with a pinch of salt and sugar, gradually add the yolks and mix. Then add the flour, walnuts and baking powder, stirring from here with a spatula, from bottom to top, so as not to deflate the composition. Pour the composition into a muffin tray prepared with muffin paper.

Put the tray in the preheated oven, over medium heat, for about 20 minutes (depending on the oven) or until the toothpick test passes. You will get 22 muffins. Let them cool for 10 minutes. They will cool faster if you take them out of the tray, but leaving them in the paper.


Wash the fruits and dry them on paper towels. Then you slice them.


For the chocolate cream: melt the chocolate on a steam bath and leave it to cool until it doesn't burn on your finger, so that the cream doesn't cut. Mix with the mascarpone cream mixer with the Bourbon sugar, then add the melted chocolate, mix a little, then add the liquid cream and mix until it becomes creamy.


For the white cream: mix the mascarpone cream with the mixer, then add the liquid cream and mix well.


Assembly and decoration: you dig out the core of the muffin, put a slice of strawberry inside, fill it with chocolate cream. Do this with each muffin. Fill a posh with the remaining chocolate cream, alternating it with white cream, then decorate the muffins in gradients, like ice cream. Garnish with slices of strawberries and kiwi.


Note: From the resulting composition on the counter you will get 22 small muffins with a depth of 2.5 cm and a diameter of 7 muffins. They can be made in other trays of other sizes, only they will get less and bigger.


Baking time: about 20 minutes each tray, possibly you can put two trays in the oven at once.

Dukan diet, weight loss regimen

From someone who has tried the DUKAN DIET:

Starting with January 28, 2013, I am on a diet. Why? Because slowly, slowly I started to gain weight: pizza outings, at Mc, KFC, eating late in the evening, unlimited sweets, fries and the list goes on. My loved ones noticed me, I was worried about the clothes I had to buy with one - two bigger sizes.

I kept looking for diets and the one that caught my attention was the Dukan diet. I found out about this and came to the conclusion that it is a healthy diet. What does this Dukan diet entail? I will detail in the following lines.

The Dukan diet has four stages, all of which are equally important:

  • the first stage of the Dukan diet is the ATTACK STAGE
  • the second stage of the Dukan diet is the CRUISE STAGE
  • the third stage of the Dukan diet is the CONSOLIDATION STAGE
  • the fourth stage of the Dukan diet is the DEFINITIVE STABILIZATION STAGE

ATTACK STAGE it is the period in which the kilograms are lost the fastest. Depending on the kilograms you want to lose, a certain number of days is kept during this period. E.g:

  • those who want to lose more than 20 kilograms are recommended that this stage of attack be held between 7 and 10 days
  • those who want to lose between 10 and 20 kilograms (as in my case) it is recommended that this stage of attack be held for 5 days
  • those who want to lose less than 10 kilograms are recommended that this stage of attack be held for 3 days
  • those who want to lose less than 5 kilograms it is recommended that this stage of attack be held for 1-2 days
