In a kettle, boil about 1 liter of water, and when it boils, add the cube of chicken soup, then turn off the heat and stir to dissolve the cube.

In a yena bowl we put a layer of potato slices and a spoonful of hardened composition from the pan. The composition is spread with a spoon over each layer of potato slices. We continue to place these layers of potatoes and hardened vegetables, until we finish the ingredients. Sprinkle a small pinch of salt and pepper over each layer of potatoes. The last layer must be made of potato slices.

When finished, lightly pour the chicken soup into the yena bowl, until the last layer of potatoes is covered. Cut the pieces into butter cubes and sprinkle them over the potatoes.

Put the lid on the yena pot, and put it in the preheated oven, over medium heat, for about 25-30 minutes, then remove the lid and continue baking for another 20 minutes, until the potatoes on top turn golden.
Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle the other half with chopped parsley, then put the lid back on and leave to cool for 10-15 minutes.

Put a layer of potatoes, a layer of sausages, sprinkle with grated cheese, add a few slices of eggs and cover with another layer of potatoes. Beat the raw egg and mix with the cream and yogurt. The obtained cream is poured over the potatoes and a layer of cheese is sprinkled.
  • 4. Put in the oven and remove after browning. French fries are served with yogurt or cream.
