  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence (powder or liquid)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of flour
  • 1/3 cane cocoa
  • 1 baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • nuts, hazelnuts, almonds (I didn't have this time and I did without)

  • 250 gr flour
  • 100 gr ground walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons rum essence
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • For the apple layer:
  • 1200 gr grated apples
  • 150 gr sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 150 gr butter (82%)
  • 2 tablespoons semolina
  • For mascarpone cream with cream:
  • 250 gr mascarpone
  • 250 ml natural whipped cream with vanilla flavor
  • 1 pinch of salt

Method of preparation

We prepare the top for the Brownie Recipe with caramelized apples and mascarpone cream.

First, we put, in a bowl, in a bain marie, the butter cut into cubes with the broken chocolate and the milk. Stir vigorously until the chocolate and butter melt and mix well. Let the composition cool for 10 minutes.

Turn the oven to 180 degrees.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Mix the egg whites, sprinkled with a little salt, then gradually add the sugar and mix until the meringue becomes firm. Mix the yolks with the lightly hot chocolate cream and rum essence and incorporate them into the meringue.
