Easter with shells

The first time the algae and sand shells are cleaned, we wash them well.

In a pot we put a glass of water (200ml.) And the shells, cover them with a lid and leave them for about 5 minutes from the moment they started to boil to open. When they opened with a spatula we take the shells and we put them in a bowl and the water in which they boiled the shells we strain it through a gauze at least 2 times because it leaves sand (we do not throw it).

Cut the onion, parsley and garlic, hot pepper and heat them in hot oil. After a few minutes, add the wine and let it boil for a few minutes until it evaporates in half, then strain it to remain a clear juice, add the juice in which the shells, broth, hot paprika and salt were boiled.

Let a few minutes start to boil and add the shells and let it boil for about 5-10 minutes.

We boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

When the pasta is cooked in a larger bowl, add the shells with the sauce and add the pasta, mix well and put in plates.
